‘Good Morning America’ Meets The Muppets (VIDEO)

Things got a bit awkward on "Good Morning America" when the Muppets stopped by on Wednesday.

The furry gang regaled George Stephanopoulos, Elizabeth Vargas, Sam Champion, Amy Robach and Lara Spencer with a song about the morning show to the tune of the "Sesame Street" theme.

The co-hosts responded with some weak laughter. Just when they thought they had reached the end and started clapping, there was more. Cue the weak laughter again, for the length of the song.
