New York Yankees general manager Brian Cashman says the team doesn’t plan to pay a $6 million bonus to Alex Rodriguez for his 660th home run. Cashman spoke Saturday before the Yankees played at Boston. On Friday night, Rodriguez hit No. 660, tying Willie Mays for fourth on the career list. The Yankees and A-Rod have a marketing agreement that calls for $6 million each for up to five achievements, payable within 15 days of designation by the team.
American Pharoah won the Kentucky Derby in heart-palpitating fashion Saturday, surging past Firing Line in the final lengths and giving owner Bob Baffert his first victory at the marquee race since 2002.
Per usual, the Baffert clan watched the race en masse from the grandstands. They tend to be a well-dressed and excitable group, and in 2015, no one was more hyped or as GQ as Baffert’s 11-year-old son, Bode.
The Cauldron posted a Vine of Bode going ape-town over the final furlongs. I can’t remember the last time I was this excited about anything:
That’s joy a well-oiled Wes Welker can’t even match.

The reality star has struggled with the disorder for “two years and nine months,” a battle she well documented on this past season of RHOB.

People assumed that the Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao fight would be the biggest thing in the ring in YEARS, but that hasn’t been the case when it comes to tickets.

Tickets for the event went on sale ten days before the fight, and were going for over $80,000 EACH! Seats were originally $1,500 though, and now investors who bought up a bunch of them are just trying to break even.
According to a report, one company scooped up 80 seats but have only sold 20 so far.
If this fight had happened a few years ago, we have a feeling this would have been a different story, but that’s the risk you take when you bet on a fight!

The crowd congratulated Brandy, who will star in the show until June 21.
